Questions coaches ask us

Can I cap how many people join a class?

Yes. Set a seat limit per class or program; the page shows spots remaining and closes enrollment when it's full. Nobody can "just show up" into a full group.

Do clients pay me or Meetario?

You, directly. Payments run through your own Stripe, PayPal, Square or Mollie account. Meetario adds no commission on top of your gateway's normal card fee.

I coach both online and in a studio. Does that work?

Yes — each session type has its own location: a free built-in video room, your Zoom/Meet/Teams, a phone call, or a physical address that clients get in their confirmation.

What happens if I need to cancel a program?

One action cancels the remaining sessions and emails everyone who paid. Past sessions stay in your history.

Can clients book without creating an account?

Yes — name, email, pay (if the session is paid), done. Confirmations and reminders arrive by email with everything they need.
