Why Pipedrive + Meetario
Pipedrive is built for salespeople who want a simple, visual pipeline. By connecting Pipedrive to Meetario, every booking creates or updates a Person in Pipedrive and logs the meeting as an Activity. Your pipeline stays current without any manual work.
What the Integration Does
- Person sync — When someone books a meeting, Meetario searches Pipedrive for a person with that email. If found, the existing record is used. If not, a new Person is created.
- Activity logging — Each booking is logged as an Activity (type: "meeting") linked to the Person. The activity includes the event name, date/time, duration, and guest notes.
- Deal context — If the Person already has an open Deal, the activity is visible on the deal timeline, giving your sales team full context.

How It Helps Your Sales Team
- Automatic lead capture — Every booking creates a contact in Pipedrive. No leads fall through the cracks.
- Meeting context on deals — Sales reps see all meeting history when working a deal.
- Pipeline visibility — Use Pipedrive's activity reports to track how many meetings your team is booking and completing.
- Workflow automation — Trigger Pipedrive automations when new activities are logged — assign follow-ups, update deal stages, or notify managers.
Troubleshooting
- If the connection fails, ensure you have admin or manager permissions in Pipedrive.
- If activities are not created, check that your Pipedrive plan includes API access (all paid plans do).
- Pipedrive API tokens do not expire. To reconnect, disconnect in Meetario first, then paste a new token.
