Why Zoho Calendar + Meetario
If your organization uses Zoho Workplace, connecting Zoho Calendar to Meetario keeps your booking schedule and work calendar in sync. New bookings appear in Zoho Calendar automatically, and Meetario checks your existing Zoho events to prevent double-bookings.
How It Works
Meetario connects to Zoho Calendar via OAuth. You authorize Meetario to read your calendar events and create new ones. No API keys to manage — just click Connect and authorize.
Step 1: Connect Your Zoho Account
- Go to
/app/integrationsand find the Zoho Calendar card. - Click Connect. You are redirected to Zoho to authorize Meetario.
- Sign in with your Zoho account and click Accept.
- You are redirected back to Meetario with the connection confirmed.
Step 2: Select Your Calendar
- After connecting, Meetario lists your Zoho calendars.
- Select the calendar you want to sync bookings to.
- Optionally select additional calendars for availability checking — Meetario reads these to avoid double-bookings.
What Gets Synced
- New bookings create events in your Zoho Calendar with the guest name, event type, and meeting link.
- Cancelled bookings are removed from Zoho Calendar.
- Meetario reads your Zoho Calendar busy times to show only available slots on your booking page.
Troubleshooting
- If the connection fails, ensure your Zoho account has Zoho Calendar access (some Zoho plans do not include Calendar).
- If you see "Token expired," disconnect and reconnect in Meetario — the OAuth token will be refreshed.
- For organizations using Zoho CRM as well, note that Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM are separate integrations in Meetario.
